The salmon served at Aloha Poke Co. is farm-raised in the frigid, glacier-fed waters of the Patagonia region of Chile. Why does cold water matter? It’s the preferred habitat for salmon, and allows our farming partners to raise them without harmful antibiotics. Aloha Poke Co. salmon is raised without antibiotics and sourced from Chilean aquacultures holding a 2019 Best Aquaculture Practice (BAP) processing plant certification.
